Well, here at Serenity Valley Farm, we’re in the midst of the wettest winter we have ever experienced. And, while we sort of wonder if our farm might just float away, the animals remind us that fun isn’t a fair-weather occasion, and that mud really does have therapeutic qualities.
And, while the rain is a challenge, restoration progress is still in full-swing. So far this week the outbuildings have had new wiring installed, and the farmhouse will have all new wiring by the end of the week. We prepped the attic to be ready to create 3 new rooms, and we have just fallen in love with the beautiful woodwork and wood floors that will finish this space beautifully!
So even though the rain makes life a little trickier and may throw us some challenges these days, finding joy and beauty in the process makes adventuring through this so much more fun!
I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.Romans 15:13
May you be blessed with joy in the challenges as we travel through this life together!
Blessings from the Farm!
